    There is no doubt that economic tariffs guarantee the long-term operation of the business of generating and distributing power to ensure customer satisfaction and business model sustainability.

    So why are we paying more for bad services, we are unduly stressed out. Wouldn't mind paying a bit more for stable power supply.

    Well stated my brother. The other fact is that the big companies including cement are not paying ECG regularly thanks to the corrupt politicians. Would the political parties rise up to the challenge?
