  Good Boy Baba, many Ghanaians joined Chelsea as supporters through the good work of Michael Essien and Jose Mourinho. We want you to rise to World Clss under Mourinho in Chelsea. Always play according to instructions and be VERY JEALOUS of the position and role you're asked to play. What I mean is that do not leave your position too often. Always be sure that there's a teammate to stand in for you just in case. Note that as long you are in charge of the left back, there is no loophole for any opponent to have his way. Guard your territory with maximum security, just as Essien in any area he was placed (Defensive /Attacking Midfield, Right/Central Defence. Indeed he made Ghana great.
  
  Congrats for your assist that brought in the first goal. We want more of those, but your territory must be a "NO GO AREA" for opponents.
