  In some countries, a unique constitutional court is created for constitutional litigation but in Ghana, our Supreme Court also doubles as our constitutional Court. Therefore, these lawyers were wrong to go and ask a High Court to declare that some portions of a piece of legislation are unconstitutional. Therefore, Justice Dennis Adjei was right to refer them to the appropriate court in Ghana that can delve into constitutional cases.
