Afoko, fo instance, cannot be a loyal NPP member. He is, in fact, an idiot. How can he claim to be the chairman of a group which has decided to relieve you him of the posiotion? So what meetings is he going to chair? Everybody is surprised how the NPP party a;;owed themselves to be taken for a ride by this idiot and his collaborator, Kwabena Agyepong! Just get rid of them and allow the party to operate

yes. our mission have to be fulfilled. Change of name was purely demotion and not better for the profesion which exist since 1960. At outside, there is nothing like assistant CHN then why in Ghana?

The strike will come on if the name is not reinstated.
some colleagues so called Coalition of Nurses were furious about the reaction sent forth to the public by CHN president and far as we are concern we do not recognize such group called Coalition of concern nurses and midwives assoc of Ghana. I dont know what they want to achieve at the end of the day about this change of name. Whether LI 177 or parliament passed it to suite the job market we in CHN are not happy about it. Enemies in highest standard.
Those hat waant to achieve their own paochial interest will live to regret it.

Instead of equipping these hard-working community nurses for efficient service, the NMC is rather interested in re-designation of their ranks. This is not fair.

Why downgrade in this modern world instead of upgrading,why not down grade the registered nurses too since all of them end up doing the same midwifery course?

A nurse to have finished a nurses training plus midwifery before coming a public health nurse. How come public nurse will only be reduced to preventive nurses. This is a complete nonsense. Promotion of disease is only a 1/10 ...

See these are the duties of Community health nurses 1.home visit 2.child walfare clinic 3.sch.health 4.disease surveillance 5 health promotion 7.safe normal emerg deliveries 8 treatment of minor ailments(manhyia, diarrhoea, helminthiasis, urti, typhoid etc
