  Kudos to the German government. But the advice is that they should have a foot on the ground to ensure the proper use of the money and also even for the implementation of the program.

  Kudos to the German government. But the advice is that they should have a foot on the ground to ensure the proper use of the money and also even for the implementation of the program.
  Because in Ghana there's no leadership. They will see this one as another way for few unscrupulous people to enrich themselves.
  They will setup some fake entrepreneurship venture and employ few bastards and use the rest of the money in their pocket. Ghanaian leaders are not to be trusted.
  They did it with the HIV campaign money, Savanna development project and even shamefully the school feeding program. The monies just vanish and they couldn't render any good accounts as to what they have done with it.
  There's no leadership in Ghana but only corrupt and greedy people who call themselves leaders. This is the advice to the German government

  THE TRAINING CAN ONLY BE PROFITABLE TO THE TRAINEES AND THE STATE OF GHANA WHEN THOSE TO BE ENGAGED FOR THE JOB TRAINING DO FIRST POSSESS THE BASIC AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL CERITICATE.

  THE TRAINING CAN ONLY BE PROFITABLE TO THE TRAINEES AND THE STATE OF GHANA WHEN THOSE TO BE ENGAGED FOR THE JOB TRAINING DO FIRST POSSESS THE BASIC AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL CERITICATE.
  
  THE DURATION OF THE TRAINING SHOULD HAVE A UNIVERSAL RECOGNITION OF THREE YEARS,THAT IS, THIRTY PERCENT CLASSROOM WORK AND SEVENTY PERCENT ON THE JOB TRAINING WITH FINAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING EXAMINATION.
  
  THERE IS NO SENSE FOR A MODERN FACTORY TO BE BUILT AND TO BE RAN BY UNSKILLED WORKERS.
