  When does our President find time to perform his executive duties: today he is in somebody's birthday party; the next day he is at another person's anniversary; the next time he is touring here and there. Why o why are we so cursed with bad leadership?
  
  Despite myriad of problems facing our country - dumsor, youth unemployment, graduates unemployment, corruption here and there, revenue leakages, insufficient tax revenues for development, absenteeism of Parliamentarians, etc., how can the one person who wields all the powers in our Constitution fool around as Mahama is doing. When does he find time to make life and death decisions of our people? This is truly sad!!!
