  These people want to show off at events and look like they are important. Those who do not know any better will get excited about these events. People could join forces and buy some multi family homes or set up business. However, that makes too much sense. Instead let us have these functions that start at 11:30 pm and pretend that they are prestigious events. This has been going on for decades. Nothing can be done so expect more of the same.
