    Its not only Kumasi; Right in Accra we have not had our bills since 03/2014 when our meters (5 of them) were installed. We have been chasing them (Kwabenya office) but they have never come.

    This is the case in parts of Kasoa and its environs. There are certainly thousands of customers who have meters but are not receiving bills for many years in Accra as well.

    Not surprised about free electricity most communities are enjoying. Come to Accra and communities like Airport Hills etc. are enjoying free rides. God help Ghana and ECG to be up and running right.
