Pull out every definition in the dictionary; what Anas did, a Private undercover reporter disguised as a relative of an alleged criminal, was unethical, talk less of the objects of this case.

Now, even if the case law quoted is a binding precedent, you know, as much as I do, that it could be "distinguished" in more ways than one should the evidence put before the court present materially different facts.
Nothing is set in stone my dear as you may know.
Surely, Anas Aremeyaw Anas " has made a rod for his back", let him plead with Martin Amidu now.
The other day, it was another, suggesting he could have made a "citizen's arrest" that day. Well, the judges but for their greed really should have done this and it would have been a different story.

Vicky is wrong because in intelligent operations the investigator acts as a member of the criminal gang, I mean penetrate the gang to know their modus operandi, give information to his superiors who effect arrest at the time the crime was about to be committed or an item was about to be bought by the officer. Our lawyer are even attempting to ignore the existence of CCTC. It made to look that a person subverting the sovereign right of the people of this country can not be caught on a closed circuit camera.
