How do you expect teachers who are not regularly, and sometimes even not paid to go on outreach programs to educate parents to send their wards to school?

RUBBISH!!!!!, GIRLS IN THE SOUTH ARE NOT BETTER OFF THAN THOSE IN THE NORTH. THE SOUTHNERS SHOULD RISE AND SPEAK OUT INSTEAD OF THE COUNTRY RESOURSES BEING SPENT ON FEW.
