  DEVELOP your capacity and strengthen your local stock exchange. Integration will complicate matters especially when currency exchanges etc are factored in. Until ecowas adopts a single currency don't integrate. There are still many ghana businesses that can be encouraged to list on the exchange. Gsx needs to educate the educated populace about the benefits of investing. Education, education, education and make it easy for ppl, students to invest and get information On listed companies. Ghppl are too lazy and dats why nothing works well and efficient in ghana.
