The title should be "No Ghanaian Victims in Paris Attached". "Involved"
connotes the idea of Ghanaians pulling the trigger of detonating the bombs.
I know of a lady who lost her only son in the attack. She is a Ghanaian. Her hubby is a Ghanaian. The young man was born in Ghana. They live in the north of Paris!

It is correct only if the writer means those who did the attack.
If they mean those who were killed, then the title is wrong and the whole is factually incorrect because a young Ghanaian man was killed in the attacks.
The attack on Paris itself a miserable news.Lots of people lost their lives.The government and the officials should have to decided and cover the foolish attack attack on paris.
