Judges are not allowed to accept bribes and free criminals, constitution or no constitution. Every breach of good moral conduct, written or unwritten is a breach of what is being debated here in the United States called natural law.That the government of Ghana especially the Judiciary is wasting time prosecuting these rogue judges, I find very troubling. It's almost like corruption has been endorsed by this present government of Ghana. Anas should go ahead and release whatever he has on the legislative branch, I wish him God's grace.

Anas, even if one of the judges is freed through technicalities, that would not be your fault but failure by the judicial system in Ghana. Some judges were recently sacked by the head of the UK judiciary for accessing adult pornographic material on their office computers belonging to the state. Though accessing adult pornographic material is not an offence in the UK because they did it using computers supplied by the employer, they were sacked. They did not collect bribes. Had they been caught collecting bribes to give false judgement, they would have been sacked, prosecuted and jailed. That is what should happen in Ghana. If that does not happen, do not blame yourself. You did your best and duty to mother Ghana but the powers that be failed you and mother Ghana. There will be no need to apologise even if all the judges are freed. You should be proud. History will be kind to you.

Amidu is to be partly blamed for any personal threats to the life of Anas and his family.

This is because had the exposure Tiger PI made were first and foremost treated as a neutral anti-corruption effort as it is most likely to be, the anger of even the victims towards Anas could have been mitigated by the culprits own realization of their faults.

But as Amidu has taken to impress upon the Public that Anas is only motivated by some political hands, the culprits are incensed that they have been targeted for purely political reasons, and therefore might feel more angry towards Anas for being a political tool of the incumbent Government.

If the death threat to Anas' Father is true, that would most likely draw some more dangerous cloud to hang over our fight on corruption than whatever technicalities Amidu charges against Tiger PI.

Such is why I have always faulted Amidu's approach to confronting Anas over whether or not the latter was sponsored by the Government to undertake his task to expose the fraudulent Judges.
