Instead of introducing life sustaining policies, they are using cheap tactics to win votes.
If the minister is serious in helping, he should continue teaching the children after he has won the primaries. Otherwise, the minister is making mockery of himself and democracy.
Teaching for votes is better than paying money for votes. A new innovation. Bravo
