  NPP party, on the other hand, has what it takes to save the nation from the sinking ship, and fully prepared to take over from the NDC con men democratically through free and fair elections.
  
  Their water-gating tactics will not save them because Ghanaians have seen the light, and their attempt to divert their attention from the real issues confronting the nation will backfire on them

[As this news report suggests in the way that it is written] or were the ‘they’ as referred to in the report [and later accorded the appellative description ‘culprits’] NDC supporters as implied in the main title?
  
  And since when did a smart phone contain audio recording tape? Smart phones are not tape recorders!
