The president has been saying that he tried to introduce electronic payment and acquisition systems into the public sector {to reduce human contact with cash} in his effort to fighting corruption, but lamented that the systems were often resisted.

This has become so monotonous that Ghanaians are beginning to wonder whether the president is actually serious and interested in fighting corruption as he claims, or it's just another crocodile's tears to deceive Ghanaians into believing that he is making an effort, while the government and its cronies amass billions of dollars at the expense of this struggling HIPC nation.
Why should Ghanaians hire a president that can't even introduce an electronic system successfully into the public sector to save us from criminals masquerading as civil servants? Mr. Mahama must be seen to be fighting corruption with all his might rather than go on lamenting helplessly like the rest of us who hired him to do the job.

If Mahama hadn't stolen the nomination from his own party in 2012, I don't think NDC would have nominated and endorsed someone accused of inflating the price of airplanes by millions of dollars corruptly as their presidential candidate. After the undemocratic nomination and fictitious endorsement, he then slept in bed with the EC and Atugubah to steal the verdict of Ghanaians and become president fraudulently.

Unfortunately, the Orwellian, undemocratic and one candidate contests used to be seen in the erstwhile Soviet Union has been forced on the NDC party again. After pushing out Mr. George Boateng violently and saying that he was insane for daring to contest the slot with Mahama, the biggest patapaa has now been declared a candidate elect unopposed. Mr. Mahama is undemocratic communist relic doing everything to cling to power, and I believe Ghanaians would not allow him to rig the forthcoming elections again as he did in 2012

Mahama is not only leading the most corrupt government in the history of Ghana, he himself is very corrupt and rotten to the core. Ghanaians will surly get rid of him in 2016 even if he is still in bed with the EC. The corrupt judges have now been exposed and Ghanaians too are fed up with his corrupt and under-performing government. As Mr. Amidu rightly pointed out, he is soiling the good name of northerners

Ghana is paying six times its total oil revenue as interest on the country’s total public debt stock; that’s the computation done by former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.

“We’ll reach GHC99billion by the end of this year,” the Running Mate to the Flagbearer of the biggest opposition Party said in a post-budget presentation interview with Richard Sky of Citi FM.

“The interest on this debt alone is going to be six times Ghana’s oil revenue,” Dr Bawumia said.

“When we found oil, we were happy that we found oil, but the borrowing of this Government has compromised the whole oil discovery; you need six times our oil revenue just to pay interest on the debt, not even capital, so, it is a really sad development,” he complained.

We are not talking about classroom mathematics here but just one party's internal primaries.If you have 2 million registered NDC members across the county,you can't expect all of them to vote in the primaries.Therefore,it's illogical to add all the absentees to the NO votes.It has nothing to do with EC and nothing to do with anybody.Even in general elections,you don't expect to get 100% turn up.That doesn't mean you will carry all those absentees to credit the loser.This is totally wrong.It has not been said anywhere that 2 million NDC members went to the polls.Thank you.

The corrupt NDC made sure he did not stand a chance to challenge Mahama, and if he has tried he would be in his grave by now, but there are many George Boatengs out there in the NDC. They are are the ones going to vote skirt and blouse in the next electio to elect Nana Akufo-Addo because, that is the only way to defeat a corrupt Mahama in Ghana. Just take notice of what I have said. Mahama Knows it and will attempt to use any corrupt way to hang on to power but he is a failure.

Whichever interpretation is given to the 4.9% "No" votes cast for JDM in the NDC primaries, the fact the President received 95.1% "Yes" votes means he was massively endorsed - this cannot be disputed at all.
Those who want to suggest that this means the President was not endorsed but rejected must be highly challenged in the mind.
