Tekper and those happy people must be silly indeed. When can you pay one hundred billion dollars and progress as s country. When the borrowed monies are stolen by mahama and thieves. Just last week DVLA BOSS stole 6.9 million dollars for a project costing 3.6 million dollars and instead of collecting those monies tekper continues borrowing more and more and fools are happy. Ask any Ghanaian about land litigation and anyone with experience in those matters would tell you how corrupt our judges have been over the year leading to unnecessary litigations that go on for year without closure.
Atuguba et al have perpetuated this canker over the years and it's only now that the chickens have come home to hatch. Nobody should be under any elusion;the sanctimonious preachers of judicial integrity ( or the lack of it) are all neck deep in the dishonest practices. There is nothing left to salvage. They should start a rebuild and throw out all the bad bricks that formed the foundation of our judicial system. It's only then they can talk of integrity to uphold or trust to defend.
