  Here is why:
  1.He had wished he could be a nice man as you honestly suggested. But he cannot help it.
  2.When school terms are over and starting again, he would need physical cash to send the kids back to school. That is when corruption kicks in.
  3.When the premier league is over and new players, new equipments are needed to furnish the the old. That is when corruption shows its ugly face.
  4.When election year is around, he would dream big to maintain the statusquo. The 'quo' that keeps him afloat, where all the football people sees him as the HH:'His highness'. The indispensable KN: I mean the "obiara nni hO" egocentric-isms sets in.
  5. The need to extend his tenureship as the lasting GFA boss. That is when corruption is generously invited.
  6.The WC which comes but once in every four years only brings the corruption mojo in him. Time to re-manufacture his cheating products, and corruptible practices. Notably:- the cleverly money grabbing schemes, the outrageous budgets that creates over invoicing and under invoicing tactics would re-emerge, and of course, the popular inefficiencies, OOPS! the all popular coefficiencies-the new edition.
