The problem here is that those shares are basically worthless on the market but he still wants to sell them at peak price.

buy him out n put in place stringent n disciplined measures that will bring revenue. the club has a huge fan base so it will be profitable...even in division 1. with the right publicity, marketing. u will always make a profit ...

Which bank were the monies deposited? Who was running the club and managing the funds? Togbe as buisnessman knows that if the club is broke and the assets is very week then his investment cannot be the same amount he used to purchase the shares.It has dwindled,he knows.He bought the club for buisness the target refuse to invest in the club because of *****.Hearts fans, call for the balance Sheet of the club and know the assets, that will detail the shares used to purchased the club and how much each share values.THANK YOU.

Please run your business to make profit and Hearts will benefit eventually though I still feel you should buy star players like Saka and bring players like Adiyiah back to GH just for the publicity. It will also not be bad if you can establish a media dept to produce programs for TV and eventually establish a satellite TV station on MultiTV through which you can advertise club paraphernalia and turn the players into cult heroes.
