Even, if it's page arrangements, there must be a glossary or addendum to specify that. Even a change of a dot (.) or comma (,) in the document must be explained. It's like you did a presentation for a doctrine degree and go back to present a different document to your panelist. This is thievery to the highest degree.

Only NDC WHO else? So corrupt and INCOMPETENT to take budget documents to Parliament without checking to SEE that everything is in ORDER. That is the KIND of Government led by NDC and Mahama.

ND Cannot rid itself of being DISHONEST. DISHONESTY is inherent in the NDC very existence. It started by Rawlings cheating the system and had since become a TRADITION IN THE NDC.

NDC WERE THIEVES BEFORE , ARE THIEVES NOW , AND WILL BE THIEVES IN THE FUTURE. IT IS LIKE A SNAKE, ITS IS IN THEIR BLOOD.

Now the opposition will wake from their slumber.The President has labeled you parliamentarians as lazy and indolent and of no use as you contribute to 41% of the national debts through your approval.What kind of people and politicians do we have in Ghana.I do agree with the speaker in parliament that our local languages must spoken so that the parliamentarians can fully understand the subjects under discussions.Ghana ians do not under the Queen's language very well so in all foreign contracts they sign in favour their of the other party. Wrong government re preventatives doing great harm to our nation.In Ghana those who have money rule the nation but not those who are intelligent and wise.
