Well, if he had been allowed to file and campaign - even with state apparatus against him - he may have garnered more than 100,000 votes. And the NDC said he is mad? That is how low Mahama has rendered the presidency. Now, because of Mahama's abysmal failure and ineptitude every "mad" man believes he can also be president.
