  If you have the influence to change the lives of people please use it. The question is how ethical you go about it. If Konadu advices players and get them good contracts then I think he is a hero. People have no idea how hot life in Ghana is. Soccer is a business and livelihood for players. A lot of Ghanaians have abandoned Ghana and living in other countries for the same reasons that players want to leave Ghana.
