  So GCNet posts a profit, excuse me tell us where GCNet will be after 2018? Overcome by West Blue? GCNet do good but cannot compete with a Company that is supported by Govt. at the expense of transparency. I bet even GCNet have not seen the West Blue contract and know of their impending demise in 2018.
