No other political party - or for that matter any civilized or well-meaning organization in this country would tolerate the kind of stupidity and rubbish that these delinquent jokers come up with from time to time.

They are the originators of the self-defeating thought that all non-Gas should be thrown out of Accra so that Accra should be left to Gas alone. They are also, amongst other zany, weird and simply mad propositions, the authors of that failed attempt to rename the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium and other state institutions in Accra after names of native Ga people even where no Ga man or company spent a penny or offered any ideas as to the establishment of those institutions.

It would not surprise me that the over-riding reason why this Ga-Adangme mob want to knock out Amissah-Arthur from the Vice Presidency is because they probably think that either the President or the Vice President should be a Ga man for the silly reason that the office of the President is in Accra - on their land, so to speak.

If the NDC govt itself had any sympathy for these Ga-Adangme ruffians in their midst, they should send them back to school - specifically back to class 1, otherwise the next thing they the NDC will see is an Afoko type of situation in their party.

By the very nature of their inability to effectively use their brains to comport themselves along the lines of the honest rules and dictates of decent society, thieves tend to take the short cut to steal and do things which are not approved by civilized society, to attain some status and recognition in society. In short, people steal and thief what does not belong to them because they are not intelligent enough to effectively think well enough to achieve what they want for themselves.

This discounts your flawed opinion that "it is not possible that there is no intelligent person in the NDC".

Again, thieves tend to converge together. Where there is one thief, there will be many other thieves.

Also, thieves are not intelligent enough to think that the values self-respect, dignity and honesty are worth the trouble.

Amissah Arthur is equally good and analytical. What Bawumiah said were all things known by anybody who done fundamental economics. The gov't knew but taking decisions in complexity and in demanding times is more challenging. Some of the decisions may not be nice but that is governance. Wait till Bawumia is in power and then we can judge whether he will go by the book when challenges arise.
