That is silly on his part. Clubs win trophies, not coaches. If you win a trophy with different teams, it is simply an achievement on your part, however it has no bearing on records. Does it mean if a player plays for 3 teams ...

That is silly on his part. Clubs win trophies, not coaches. If you win a trophy with different teams, it is simply an achievement on your part, however it has no bearing on records. Does it mean if a player plays for 3 teams and win trophies, he will be given the trophy for keeps. I thought this was a modern coach, but I can see an arrogant person instantly.
