Kwarasey I have read through many posts on this subject and concluded that there are many Kwarasey haters. They hate him not based on substance but out of ignorance. He may be the world’s best goalkeeper. But fact is that he has some achievements. Currently he is the MLS finals where he is meeting Afful. Previously he captained his Norwegian side to win the Norwegian league.
In spite of these achievements people are saying he is playing in a mediocre league MLS. Yes, MLS is may not be as strong as the British Premier League or the Budesliga. But will amanfour say the same about Afful or Asamoah Gyan?
Talking about conceding goals, which goalkeeper was the most humiliated in the last World Cup? Was it not Spania’s Iker Casillas? Was Spain not FIFAs number ranked team then? Currently how many goals Baba Rahaman’s Chelsea goalkeeper conceded this season? Where does Chelsea lie on the league table?
Kwarasey’s haters shame on you.
Avram Grant knows better. Leave the coach alone.

Kwarasey is not good. Forget him. Look at the goals he conceded yesterday. He does not know when to come out and he is always moving around ayrhing the ball is in the 18yard box. He sucks big time.

Talk is cheap. Braimah and Duada all conceed 'easy' balls . Fact is intelligent balls to the 18 are difficult for all keepers except the fearless and strong one who can command their 18 , putting fear into opposing strikers..... as at now we don't have such a keeper, but certainly he has his strong side. To be the leading keeper in MLS with the more clean sheet is an achievement to be applauded. To win the Western conference in the MLS in the first stint also deserves mentioning. The Black Stars needs competition in every area. There should be 2 equally good players in all positions for us to start making the difference in Africa. For instance, Afful though good is getting older and you could see from his game that the stength and speed was lacking. He rightly substituted in the 73 min. due to fatigue. Asamoah Than is aging and there is no consistency in our attack jet. Our midfield looks fragile. The likes of the fearsome 4 is what weed need , ie Micheal Essien, Sulley Muntari, Stephen Appiah and Layea kingston. Our is the same story. The likes John Menssh and Vorsah have left the scene long ago and yet we still struggling to find their substitutes. Just a few observation.

What he needed was a Kwesi Appiah (the forward from 2015 AFCON) to be on the team with him to keep him socially connected to the team.
