Electricity is electricity; whether it was produced in Ghana or not. If you can, provide the power, or else, shut up!

Why now. Long long time ago Africans never carry shit. You have stayed in your hole for 5 years without saying a word. Do you like Ghana or love Ghana. Oh my God. University of Energy. Even i know in Ghana a wayside electrition adding himself with a wayside mechanic and welderman can build this grid imported into Ghana but because Opana and his cohorts wanted to make fool of Ghanafo has to import this large and big generator given it a special name to Ghana and to pocket much money out of that.We are all marking time to watch what might come out that.

Talking about energy is cheap. If you want to be believed, take a village and transform it into energy efficient with what you can do energy wise or create something in the lab to show for it.

Never heard there was a University of Energy. What have they been doing there ...the crisis presented a unique opportunity for them to prove their worth. What did we get from them ...zilch!! Now that the country has spent so much money to bring in all kinds of technologies to try to address the issue, you now get up to make noise. Look meaningful education is not just research, teaching and publications. It also includes lobbying, making your worth known, challenging the status quo, and offering alternative solutions even when no one want to listen - that is conviction. I am sick and tied of academics who keep their knowledge under their pillows and expect society to come begging them to disclose what they know. What has been this Academics contribution to solving the power crisis over the last 10 years?
