I have refused to be worried any longer. I am only waiting for justice to be done at the appropriate time.
Sipah Yankey, while serving the Ministry of Finance under Rawlings, collaborated with a young black American woman and stole over twenty million dollars from the nation. Sipah Yankey was tried by a court of competent jurisdiction and was imprisoned for his conduct while in public office. When the Ndc came to power in 2009, late President Mills, without any shame or sensibilities to the Ghanaian taxpayer, nominated this comfirmed rouge to be our Minister of Health. The uproar that followed, ended Sipah Yankey's ministerial appointment. Perhaps, when the nation went to sleep, Sipah Yankey was given a two billion dollars State Company, N Gas to administer.
So why should Tsikata, after running down GNPC physically and ruining its financies, for which he served prison term, not turn round under an Ndc government, to demand compensation. Even Woyome got paid by an Ndc government for no work done. Why not Tsikata? This was done to make the Supreme Court Judge's comment come true. Create, Loot and Share.

K T Hammond was asked to account for his stewardship concerning the illegal sale of our Drill ship then lo and behold, in an attempt to divert attention from the tribulations of the NPP and the fact that Hammond would be forced to sing, NPP had come out with this flimsy story, harped on by their surrogates in the media and making comments and analyses that defy logic. If Presidents, ministers, MPs, MDCEs and DCEs, CEOs and other public servants including doctors are awarded end of service benefits or ex-gratia, what's illegal with the award to Tsikata and cohorts? We keep reading it is illegal but nobody was able to quote any act or law that declares such payments as illegal. And as usual the educated illiterates of the NPP had all jumped on the bandwagon without interrogating the legality or illegality of the payments. Just quote one single act and educate the public as to the illegality of the payment. Let's talk about the legality of the Drill Ship sale and how the money was disbursed.
