Well this goes beyond incompetence as its only a symptom , the root cause is plain simple evil wickedness mixed with the retrogressive forces of his Islamic background. Corruption another symptom is part of the strategy to weaken the institutions of state , erase integrity and morals so we forever remain in this quicksand of poverty and backwardness . Incompetence implies amateurism , political illiteracy , ignorance etc but we say this is very deliberate as its supported by national security and other security agencies , practically all institutions of state are in compliance with the destruction or wanton looting of Akan wealth and future because they know its not theirs.To illustrate this point we will elaborate , imagine there is an ailing child that needs a heart operation or even simple appendix removal but pepeni president comes along and says i have the constitutional right to appoint the medical officer , so instead of appointing an experienced capable doctor he says my brother muslim pepeni is a butcher and knows how to cut flesh so he is appointed instead . Then the rest of us idiots are surprised and amazed when every time there is a patient things go wrong and there is death and misery all over the place. Then pepeni omanhene gets up and says npp vowed to make the country ungovernable so is to blame and sets all institutions of state to work at the destruction of the innocent npp. Now we return and all i say is just look at this govt and what do you really see , people deliberately in place who can never deliver , perform or do anything right in a thousand years, all of them sophisticated criminals posers and professional liars. The opposition we see is in a very sorry state as they have been infiltrated by these agent provocateurs , spies and sleepers . They cant even organise a simple house to house or door to door campaign due to internal sabotage and obstruction. We advise all decent citizens and Akans to continue the campaign individually to remove this evil NDC and make sure they dont even get 5% of the vote , then we shall see how the BNI will rig the elections for them. In our opinion any party not affiliated to the NDC is a good start and we shall make sure we dismiss 90% of the police force , BNI , national security and ministries civil service and replace them with more loyal ,patriotic and deserving citizens. A bad tree will always produce bad fruit such as we see with JJ and his offspring ashawo daughter who is only good for licking men's balls. Our advice especially to our diaspora is to avoid any family which supports NDC as they are nothing but gold diggers , fake users with no love in their hearts except interests. These ndc women all have one thing in common,irrational greed, no morals , no wisdom and no justice in their hearts just fine tuned in the art of lies and deceit.

Corruption watchdog, Transparency International (TI) has ranked Nigeria among the most corrupt countries in Africa.

The list is topped by South Africa and Ghana is also featured along with Sierra Leone and Liberia.

The findings were contained in a report published by TI on Tuesday, December 1, 2015.

According to the report, more than 22 per cent of Africans who came into contact with public service in the past 12 months paid a bribe.

Interviews with 43,143 people in the listed countries also showed that police and courts had the highest corruption rates.

The organization said that police were often paid to “ignore any crime, however, horrific and devastating”.

The report reads in part:
“While some people pay bribes to escape punishment for crimes, others are forced to pay to get access to the basic services that they desperately need.

“Nearly 60 per cent of those interviewed said corruption had increased over the past year. That was particularly the case in South Africa, where 83 per cent reported an increase in graft.”

"Corruption creates and increases poverty and exclusion,” Transparency International’s head, Jose Ugaz said in a statement.

The organization’s report also found that people in Botswana, Burkina Faso, Senegal and Lesotho experienced low levels of corruption.

From this report, one can safely infer that within the West African sub-region, Ghana now under President John Dramani Mahama is the numero uno, the absolute frontrunner of everything corrupt, this side of the Sahara.
Ghana has overtaken Nigeria as the number one most corrupt country within West Africa and the second most corrupt African country on the whole of the African continent, another of the unenviable and record-setting achievements of President John Dramani Mahama of the NDC gov't.
Folks, the times Ghana finds itself are very, very dangerous and Ghana needs to be brutally frank as to where this country is going under this John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't.
Clearly, the center cannot hold and the quicksand of corruption ably subscribed and adhered to religiously by the Mahama NDC gov't, has found expression and permeated every facet of life of this country.
Ghana needs change. Change must come to Ghana in 2016. Change is resolutely imminent because the status quo is completely unacceptable and absolutely untenable.

I have been around and if truely Ghana is second to South Africa, turn the tables around to see the real facts, South Africa is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, I doubt if any European country comes near it, which means that if Ghana is second to South Africa, then we are amongst the most beautiful. It's simple. No white institution will like to see a black ruled country progress in any direction. Any progress must be termed as corruption, but, like turning numbers 12 and 21, that is what they mean. Whatever a white institution says, turn it upside down and you will know what they really mean.

Mrs Lordina Mahama, bought 40 plots of government land around the trade fair site. Despite the appeals from NDC party gurus and the the chief of staff Julius Debrah and government officials who said it was in bad taste, she has refused to give up these lands and has demanded to be sold more!

The Osu Castle once a seat of government, has already been sold quietly to a Brazilian company Forintas. Checks about this company reveal that it is a holding company registered in Sao Paulo and has Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, a close aide of the President and Alhaji Baba Kamara, National Security Coordinator a special advisor to the president and Ghana’s former Ambassador to Nigeria as directors and Brazilian businesswoman Joalina Sandinho as Executive Director.

Mr Peter Mahama , the president ‘s brother ,has bought 100 plots of the Agric extension land belonging to the University of Ghana around Armanhia, a suburb of Accra. He is also driving a consortium to buy Electricity Corporation of Ghana once it is privatised by the government .This means the Mahama family will own the Electricity company of Ghana.

The Eredec Hotel in Koforidua, which is on the state divestiture list, has been sold to Ibrahim Mahama, The CEO of Engineers and Planners and brother of the President. He has also bought parts of the Achimota Forest , Boti Falls in the Eastern Region and the Aburi Botanical Gardens. He is also angling to buy the children’s park in Accra once it becomes available.

Agricultural Development bank has been earmarked to be sold to Adam Mahama .The President we learn was not happy about this but only gave in after pressure from his brothers Ibrahim Mahama and one sullley

Other state institutions targeted to be bought by the Mahama family include the Arts centre, Cedi House in Accra, Bolgatanga catering Rest house and Ghana Rubber estates limited.

The actions of the President’s closest family members, are undermining the efforts of government to fight corruption and we call for this reckless grabbing of state assets by the presidents family members to stop.

First, I expect him to be honest himself. I hate to say all his followers are looking forward to him and what they see him do, they tend to copy him. It is simply a matter of "monkey see, monkey do". Look at the number of officials who chopped (stole) government money and yet brought under his umbrella (presidential staffers). He could not sack them because they knew too much of him as the number one thief. In other words, all of them are involved in the looting. I am waiting to hear of the most corrupt president of Africa. I will not be surprised if the current government of Ghana becomes the most corrupt president of the entire Africa. The truth is that the current president of Ghana is a big thief with no shame.

When a survey reports a high perception in a country it simply means the respondents perceive corruption to be so. If , for example, the strength of the responses are higher in say South African that they are in Ghana, it is generalized that corruption perceptions are higher in South Africa than Ghana. However it does not mean South Africans are more corrupt that Ghanaians. In other words it means South Africans feel more strongly about the existence of corruption in SA than Ghanians do about the same situation in Ghana. Ghana therefore does not necessarily rank second in corruption. It will suffice to say Ghana is corrupt regardless of how any other feels about their own situation .

If you live a country where journalists don't know the difference between poor management decisions and corrupt dealings, why would perception of corruption not be high? Where people think the presidency responsible for judicial corruption? Where opposition can take money from foreign governments contrary to the laws of Ghana? Or opposition borrow $2m dollars from a bank to run campaign? Why will corruption perception not fester ? What is happening in Fifa tells us how corrupt some of these institutions themselves are. They receive all sorts of payments certain individuals, to come up with all sorts of reports.

The statistics tell us that the police is the most corrupt, is the police service not older than the president himself? And thus it takes only one person for a whole country to be corrupt? People should get serious and stop their bad deeds, and stop putting politics in every aspect of their life's or else we will end up blaming even God for not helping us to enter heaven.when was the last time the country ranked low in the recall's of corruption? That should tell you that the whole country is corrupt since! so before this can change, then the whole country needs to change. sometimes it is very pathetic, when you go back to Ghana, your mother or father even your own son or daughter wants to cheat you and I wonder if it is Mahama who told you to do that.

These undemocratic financial institutions brought into Ghana by JJ eroded sovereignty. Crimes of passion, armed robbery and ritual murders was minimal. Insecurity has become a norm like U. S. We need to go beyond the perception and take a close look our own attitude of giving bribe to get our way through or to win favour. How many of us are honest enough and ready to face realities if paying our way through will get us what we wanted or dare losing our properties,case, a good job or a contract! Many including those who are quick to paint corruption may be tempered to yield to it.This is not to praise this Canker in the society. We need a collective attitude and a mental re-orientation to help us see bribe giving and taking and amassing of our wealth for selfish gains as evil,retarding economic growth and breed violent.No matter how secret it is, it will soon hit back at those involved in the act.
