  When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

  Here is the record of this unrepentant juvenile bulldog Kuagbenu: he is the worst hypocrite of the NDC kind. He took over NYEP and decided to throw away protocol of civilized people and best practices and procedures of any civilized organization. He chose to promote his friends wife to a director post knowing good and darn well the dual masters degrees she is supposed to possess are unrelated to most of the work at NYEP she is manage. He then promoted people with MBA because they took some accounting courses. What is the purpose of MBA in Ghana if all that matters is some silly accounting courses? Has accounting courses restrained corruption in government and or industry? Is it the British accounting certification that matters in Ghana?
  I have lived my life in Ghana and seem to know a little about the Kuagbenu type: they use government power as if government is a private self owned business and nepotism and favoritism becomes their credo.
  
  Mr. Kuagbenu the bulldog took decision that are not consistent with managerial processes and or consent of HR neither did he give a darn about due process of employees. He sees himself as God’s gift but just as shallow as the pit he crawled out of. Those who see his antics as effective or as no-nonsense approach live to regret granting this juvenile power that he does not deserve. In the long run people who use power wisely and with restraint are effective at achieving most out of people around; those who act with impunity almost always have something to hide. They are either short on skills and qualifications or short on the home front.
