“Nobody is feeling your better Ghana”, Greenstreet shouted when he delivered his party’s solidarity message to the NDC at the congress at the Baba Yara Stadium in the Ashanti regional Captial, Kumasi – stronghold of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).

In the full glare of the President, Vice President, former President Jerry Rawlings, and thousands of leaders and supporters of the NDC, a defiant Greenstreet said: “…Currently nobody, I mean nobody is feeling your better Ghana.”

“Continuous ‘dumsor dumsor,’ corruption from top to bottom, left right inside out, and all the challenges you are facing [are] suffocating the Ghanaian people.”

He added: “We would have thought that perhaps you may have used an occasion like this to discuss policies, programmes and solutions to all the difficulties we are facing as a nation, but no, you chose today to share your Christmas gifts with each other.”

“Ghanaians are not happy at all. This ‘bronya’ is dry. Too too dry,” he told the President, adding: “The most painful thing of all is that you don’t care.”

“NDC continue, we are watching you, Ghana is watching you, do what you want to do, we also know what we’ll come and do…make sure you’ll elect executives who will be able to steer your parties affairs when you are in opposition. Boys abr3.”

Nkrumah sowed the seeds of violence in our politics and used it to eliminate his political opponents because he was a communist dictator. He was already a comrade and communist disciple before he arrived from Landon. And as we all know, communists don't have a place for opposition in their system and they don't share power too. Nkrumah, therefore, used the multiparty system to ascend to power and managed to demolish it step by step to prevent others from getting there dictatorially.

Our recent political history would explain what I have just said. When Rawlings usurped power from Liman and lunched his Cuban-style Communist Dictatorship, there were always attempted coups and rumours of coups until he reinstated multiparty system and some semblance of democracy in the country. In a multiparty democracy, the opposition and all stakeholders wait patiently for their turn to take power democratically. That is, if it is believed and confirmed that the incumbent is not using his position cunningly and unjustifiably to prevent them from coming to power, or ever coming to power democratically.

Therefore, democracy and the rule of law are the only guarantors of peace and preventers of political violence and not PDA.

With the active assistance of her dishonest parents she cheated Ghanaians by escaping from the educational system that her father destroyed to go and study abroad and thereby become somebody with better qualifications to lord it over other ordinary Ghanaians whose taxes were used to make her a better person.

She has again attempted to cheat the electoral system by falsely presenting herself as a qualified parliamentary candidate when she and her father who happens to be the founder of the NDC party, damned very well knew that she was not qualified to do so.

Even though it was publicly known that she had never had anything to do with the Korle Klottey constituency - politically, practically or officially, she and her father may have schemed behind the scenes to blackmail party officials to dishonestly get her name inserted in the register of NDC members. This was after a long hesitation and doubt about her validity to stand.

But because all of them - including the foolish corrupt father, do not have any brains in their heads, they thought they could also tweak the electoral register of the Electoral Commission to legitimize her wish to stand as a parliamentary candidate. Perhaps they may succeed in doing so but the fact that they have found it so difficult to prove the point, tells me that she was/is not a registered voter.

If after about three weeks of this brouhaha she and her father have not been able to simply and confidently come out to confirm that she is indeed a registered voter to put the minds of the public at rest, then we can assume that things are not going well for them. Why should it be so difficult for anyone to just simply prove that he/she is a registered voter?

This is the kind of behavior and lawlessness that permeates amongst some people in Ghana and instead of you agitating for the right thing to be done, you are spastically ranting like a lunatic foaming on the mouth and telling these people to go to court.

They might end up doing exactly that. Let's hope Zenator is a registered voter and this is a mistake because if it is really true that she is not a registered voter, she will be disqualified and the voting that took place at Korley Klottey will be nullified no matter how high you shout and emotionally you become.

This publication is just another mischief from this evil newspaper owned by two evil people,this 4 faceless people can go to hell, there is no pressure on the NDC,NDC is not that stupid to disqualify a parliamentary candidate elected by majority of the people because some four idiots want it to do so,Zanetor was vetted based on the requirements of the NDC,nobody goes round giving his voters register to every idiot in the country to prove he or she is a registered voter.

The facts that somebody's name is not in the NDC'S biometric voters register does not mean the person is not a registered voter in Ghana,I'm a Ghanaian registered voter having my voters card but I don't think my name is in the NDC's biometric register,does that disqualify me if my name is not in the biometric voters register.

If she goes to file her nomination papers with the EC and she is not a registered voter then we can have something to worry about,NDC cannot disqualify her,we are not going to follow the lawlessness in the NPP where any faceless idiot can get up to write a petition to create confusion in the party,parliamentary candidates were vetted and allowed to contest the election,we cannot disqualify them after they have won the election,this Daily Garbage owned by the two evil couple one of who is the so called acting chairman of the NPP party is doing this because they know with Ezanetor they will not win that seat no matter who is on their ticket,the confusion in their party from national level to that constituency will not be extended to NDC,they can go to hell with their foolish publications.

This article is not hard to understand unless one is bent of using BUGA BUGA argument.

The fact that majority voted for her is not an excuse. She could have got 100% of the vote and it will not make any difference if she is not a qualified candidate.

You argue based on emotions and not facts. The Ejisu-Juaben constituency in Ashanti region just disqualified the Ndc Parliamentary candidate who won that constituency overwhelmingly over Yamoah Ponko but the Ndc Regional Office in Ashanti wrote to the Ndc National Headquarters for her to be disqualified and the lady by the name Grace Huze has been disqualified. Yesterday you were all over the place calling for Ade Coker, the Greater Accra Ndc party chairmen to be thrown out of the Party because he had sought the disqualification of Sam George and Namoale.

If you and your Rawlings master accept dissenting views, you would not be abducting and killing Judges.

If you accept dissenting views, you would not have called for Ade Coker to be thrown out of the Party.

If your party accept dissenting views, Vice president Arkaah would not have been beaten by President Rawlings.

Grace Huze won the Ejisu-Juaben Ndc Primaries with almost 70% of the vote but she has been disqualified.

The way you become too emotional and start throwing tantrums it looks like Ndc and Rawlings pay your bills.

Pray that Zenator is a registered voter and this is just a mistake because if she was not a registered voter before she contested, she will be disqualified no matter how loud you shout and any tantrums you throw.

The Constitution of Ghana and NFC own constitution spell it out clearly that, if you are not a registered voter you cannot contest for a Parliamentary seat, that is the law and Zenator who is well educated should know and abide by the law like anybody else.

This has nothing to do with Npp or Ndc but have everything to do with maintaining the rule of law. We are human beings and not animals and we have a set of rules that guides us to live in lawful societies and not in the jungle. Anybody who wants to live in a lawless society can join the animals in the jungle.

PETITION FOR THE DISQUALIFICATION OF DR. ZANETOR AGYEMAN RAWLINGS

We wish to refer to the primaries that were held on the 21st November 2015 in the Klottey Korle Constituency and comment as follows; That one of the contestants Dr. Zanetor Agyeman Rawlings did not qualify to contest the primaries because she was not a registered voter.

That the party’s own rules that guided the conduct of the primaries provided that a member of the NDC shall not qualify to contest any primaries in any of the parliamentary seats if that member does not satisfy the requirement for the election of the member of parliament as provided in Article 94, Section 1(a) of the 1992 constitution.

That the true meaning of the rules and the law is simply that, a member is disqualified from contesting primaries if the member’s name is not on the EC voter register.

Surely the vetting was poorly done otherwise they would have picked this up and avoided this messy situation. But to blame the electorate, then you must have quaffed more than a bottle of akpeteshie.

Let the NFC allow Zenator to continue be their Candidate and see how they will end up not having a candidate for this constituency come November 7, 2016.

The only voters register we have now is the one used for the 2012 elections. The law is very clear here. If you are not a registered voter, you are not qualified to be a candidate even if she won by getting 100%.

This and fraud that characterized the NDC primaries are indicative that the NDC is really a lawless party that has brought about indiscipline, corruption in high places and disrespect in our society. The NDC primaries was just a mere drama to throw dust into the eyes of the public that they were doing something democratic but most of their favourite parliamentary aspirants were pre-elected through the NDC fraudulent electoral processes. The November 21 primaries were mere formalities. In the Korle Klottey constituency, Nii Armah Ashietey could have won hands down but the NDC, for their fear of former Prez. Rawlings criticisms of their bad performance decided to appease him with a parliamentary slot for his daughter so eventually Nii Armah Ashietey became a victim of the dubious plan. When it comes to elections, there's nothing like fairness and decency in the way the NDC does it whether being their primaries or national. They're lawless and fraudulent, period.
