    It should be a question of whether they are being worked on. Am rather worried that immediately these facilities have be installed, they have broken down. That is my worry.

    Part of the contract terms . This will be done by contractor at no cost to gov so we should chill. We talk too much in ghana -mostly on pure ignorance.
