Once an employee is summarily dismissed, he/she is not entitled to any service exit benefit, except personal contributions towards reward schemes. Benefits are payable to those who may exit by law, resignation, end of contract and termination of appointment. The selective payment of benefits to the four dismissed judges is unacceptable, discriminatory and unfair. Further, they should be stripped of their titles of Worship and Honour and also prosecuted. CJ, please go by the rules to make your effort complete and admirable.

In any case removing one with benefits does not exclude one from prosecution I suppose.

May I remind you that Tsatsu was sentenced to jail but was pardoned by Kufuor.

Kufuor, being so stupid and silly, should not have pardoned Tsatsu for his mischievous deeds.

Selfish Kufuor is part of the problems of the nation. Kufuor is a disgrace to Ghana and the NPP. He is not committed to the NPP which backed him twice.

The GII head is a big fool who does not know the right from the wrong. The Chief Justice said the four Judges to receive benefits have shown remorse.

The Board of the GNPC has not justified why Tsatsu Tsikata and three others should receive the tax payers money of one million cedis each.

This idiot should not throw dust into our eyes because Tsatsu is an EWE and a member of the NDC.

Note that all the five fingers are not equal but each has a special job to do.

The GII is biased and should not be listened to.
