It was Jerry Rawlinggs who removed you from GNPC after your unrestrained borrowing and squandering of money resulted in heavy loss of money in GNPC. You threw away USD300million buying dead drill rigs that resulted in heavy loss to the state. You embarked on salt mining, gold mining, Mole national park in the north, cocoa farming, etc. which were not the business of GNPC. All these were embarked upon without proper board approval from the board because of your direct connection with Rawlings. You finally engaged GNPC in dealing in derivatives with SG that resulted in the loss of USD47million. All these resulted in a big embarrassment for Rawlings who had previously described you as a financial wizz kid, and he decided to remove you from GNPC to save his reputation. You were imprisoned in 2008 after an almost seven years long trial in the case which you personally granted a loan to an insolvent company without approval from the GNPC Board. I remember your legal acrobatics with your lawyer Prof. E. O. Danquah during the trial. You didn't spend your time in prison because you faked illness and you you were most of the time at a special ward at Korle Bu with a woman who shamelessly left her husband for you after several years of being married to her husband Baah Boakye, and you secretly married in London. When you were granted amnesty by Prez. Kufuor before his handing over to Prez. Mills you pretended you were declining the amnesty, saying you would fight your sentence in court. You were asked by the trial judge to return to Nsawam prison and resume the trial if you wanted to contest the case, and that deflated your ego and you stopped your childish behaviour. You were "harassed" after you had willfully caused hundreds of millions of U. S. dollars to the state. Others like Roger Felli, Bob Kotei, Amedume, Yaw Boakye, Utuka, Afrifa, Akuffo, Kutu Acheampong did not get the prevelige of serving prison sentence at Korle BU. Whenever you open your mouth you spew a lot of garbage as if no one remembers what you did to this nation while you were at GNPC buying properties in Houston and New York in the U. S. A. Kufour did what was right by restructuring the GNPC after your own JJ Rawlings removed you after messing up the place for twelve years. After six years of redirection at GNPC Ghana was blessed with an oil find. You hide behind some MODEC "consultancy work" and took USD5million in 2010. You must thank your stars that you were not sent to the shooting range like Amedume your own ewe brother that you, the Ahwois and Rawlings sent to his pre-mature death. You will one day answer questions abut the SG derivatives, whether you are hundred years old or you are dead.

These PNDC folks committed treason and were lucky to be indemnified but why is every one of them wealth now and the state lost economically and corruption was never controlled?
Can anybody justify killing other people for alleged crimes of corruption and today these same people are rich from the state without declaration of assets and auditing of their wealth.
Only in Ghana can people who have committed treason, been convicted as criminals (even though later pardoned), can come back and intimidate people asking for his rights and his emoluments etc.
If Tsatsu was that smart as many claim, and honestly and competently managed GNPC so well,

Tema Oil Refinery was a separate entity. TOR was mismanaged by the (P)NDC that subsidised finished petroleum products for electoral purposes and could not pay the refinery for the subsidies they had recklessly imposed on TOR.

The NPP government of 2001 paid off part of the huge indebtedness and added its own. Wofa Atta and the clueless thieving Mahama made it worse.

The Ghana 10-12% share was all down to the ignorance and arrogance of the NPP government. They came in not having a clue about what petroleum exploration was all about. They managed to get some roustabouts and galley boys on rigs, to advise them to water down the stringent PSA that GNPC had used for years. (Ask ANDY-CK)

If Ghanaians knew what those rogues did, they would be hounding them today.

Ironically, the NPP government planned for the shortfall of power. Bui Dam was to be completed in 2009. Wofa Atta criminally decided to renegotiate all contracts so illiterate rogues like Asiedu Nketia could sell cement blocks and other supplies at 400% the going market rate.

The gas plant in the Western Region was to be completed in 2010, again Wofa Atta turned it upside down so the convict Sipa Yankey could re-locate it in his village and cream off contracts.

What we need to do is to get rid of Mahama in 2016, so we can go into what has really gone wrong in Ghana over the past fifteen years.

The reason why all sides are afraid of Nana Akufo-Addo is because he is the only person who can clean up the revoltingly putrid stables of Ghana!

Wow!! It is interesting comical and very annoying to listen to Tsatsu claiming and crying that he suffered harassment and victimization under Kuffour. Really?This is chutzpah. Look Tsatsu was charged with causing huge financial loss and harm to the state and given due process in our courts system with legal representation to defend himself. At the end of his trial, he was found guilty, convicted and incarcerated in prison and later pardoned by Kuffour. Now let us juxtapose his so called harassment and victimization with the fate of the three justices and the retired army Major officer who were all abducted and denied due process and were subsequently executed,murdered and their bodies burnt. Now this murderous reign of terror happened during the infamous Rawlins PNDC junta of which both Kojo and Tsatsu Tsikatas were key principal operatives and advisors. So countrymen which harassment and victimization is Tsatsu talking about? At least he is still walking. Folks be the judge
