Not satisfied with insulting his opponents outside his USELESS NDC PARTY, he turned unto his own, calling them FRAUDSTERS AND PICKPOCKETS. So those of you who are not aware, Amasa Namoale said NDC Executives are FRAUDSTERS AND PICKPOCKETS, why then must you vote for THIEVES? IF WE ARE TO REMAIN A UNITED COUNTRY AND MOVE FORWARD, WE DONT NEED A PROPAGATOR OF TRIBAL DISCRIMINATION LIKE AMASA NAMOALE IN PARLIAMENT.

Nothing is working because we don't have a COMPETENT LEADER. Vote incompetent MAHAMA and his USELESS NDC PARTY out in 2016. 27 years of USELESS RULE is enough.

CLERICAL OFFICERS, EXECUTIVE, HIGHER,CHIEF AND PRINCIPAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE ARE STILL NOT PROFESSIONAL TITLES TO MERIT A TRULY PUBLIC SERVICE ADMINISTRATION IN GHANA.

THE SO CALLLED OFFICERS APPOINTED TO POSITIONS AT THE CIVIL SERVICE ARE STILL PEOPLE WITHOUT PROPER TRAINING IN FINANCE,ACOUNTANCY,DIPLOMACY,OFFICE MANAGEMENT,BUSINESS ADMINSTRATION BEFORE THEY ARE ABSORBED AT THE PUBLIC SECTOR.

IT IS INDEED VERY SAD AND PATHETIC.

HOW DO YOU EXPECT OFFICERS WHO ONLY PASS MATHS AND ENGLISH TO THESE POSITIONS BE IN THE POSITION TO RUN AN EFFECTIVE PUBLIC SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY.

SUCH A POOR ADMINISTRATIVE SET UP AT THE PUBLIC SECTOR ARE THE MAIN CAUSES OF THE THE MANY BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION, MANIPULATION, EMBEZZLEMENT, MISAPPROPRIATION OF STATE FUNDS, FRAUD AND STEALING AT THE CIVIL SERVICE..

UNLESS THE PUBLIC SECTOR IS COMPLETELY OVERHAULED AND ORGANISED WITH NEW ORIANTATION,THREE YEARS TRAINING, THIRTY PERCENT(30%) CLASSROOM WORK AND SEVENTY(70%)PERCENT ON-THE-JOB TRAINING AND EXAMINED BEFORE BEING EMPLOYED AT THE PUBLIC SERVICE,MINISTERIES,GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES,WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE POOR PERFORMANCES IN THE COUNTRY AND THE PUBLIC SECTOR WILL LESS EFFICIENT TO FULFIL A TRUE PUBLIC SECTOR FOR ITS CITIZENS.

ARE THE SO CALLED OFFICERS AT INCOME TAX, TREASURY,CUSTOMS, LANDS DEPARTMENT,MINISTRIES,AGENCIES, DO HAVE AN APPRENTICE STYLE OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, EXAMINED AND CONTRACTED WITH CIVIL SERVICE GOVERNING RULES BEFORE THEY ARE EMPLOYED AT THE PUBLIC SECTOR.

NO, AND THIS TOTALLY WRONG.

ITS ONLY NURSES AT THE HOSPITALS,TEACHERS,POLICE AND THE BANKS THAT TRAIN THEIR STAFF BEFORE THEY ARE ENGAGED FOR SERVICE.

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO CONTINUE WITH SUCH PRIMITIVE ADMINISTRATION SET UP IN THE COUNTRY.

YET,WE HAVE MANY ECONOMIC ADVISERS OF THE GOVERNMENT WHO STILL CONTINUE TO ENJOY CHEAP MONEY, FREE CARS, JEEPS AND ALLOWANCES FOR NON-PRODUCTIVE WORK IN THE COUNTRY.

IS THAT, WHAT THE ECONOMIC TEXT BOOKS TEACHES IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION,FINANCE,MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTANCY.

THEY SHOULD BE VERY DISGRACEFUL AND SHAMEFUL PEOPLE ON EARTH.

THESE ARE THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO CLAIM THEY KNOW BUT STILL CONTINUE TO UNDERDEVELOP THE NATION.

WE DONT HAVE TO BLAME ANYBODY, WE HAVE TO BLAME OUR OWN STUPIDITY FOR LACK OF VISION, MISSION AND PURPOSE T TRANSFORM THE NATION TO PROSPERITY.
