  The average Ghanaian has been fed a "they & us" mentality to the extent that so called knowledgeable people and groups all talk of govt as the President and his cabinet only.

  The average Ghanaian has been fed a "they & us" mentality to the extent that so called knowledgeable people and groups all talk of govt as the President and his cabinet only.
  
  Well, if we are all waiting for only this bunch of 100 or so people to change Ghana then we might as well forget it. Ghana is for all of us - everyone has a role to play, ANAS has shown each one can make a difference and you don't have to be a politician or a cabinet member.
  
  Of course - unless we are not sincere, and we only say and do things for selfish narrow-minded point of view. Its like we HATE the present crop of people in charge of the country so let's denigrate and run down everything so as to hang these people. Guess what - the entire nation goes down with this approach.

  I see the source of all the corruption in the government to be that stupid EX-GRATIA. It is very much attracting people into politics. IT MUST BE ABOLISHED--PERIOD. Why are farmers not given anything of that kind? They have from time immemorial fed the nation till now but no government has ever thought of them. I SAY, THAT EX-GRATIA IS A COMPLETE CRIME AGAINST THE NATION.

One wonders why these two leaders, who hail from north of Ghana, are alike in their administration. The following are some of their similarities : self denial, lackadaisical approach to problems, ineptitude to act, self conceitedness, complacent, laissez-faire attitude, timid-afraid to act, unresponsive and maladministrator.
