    this is backwards... risk/low performance loans creates higher yields. a culture of lows credibility and trust on party of lenders and borrower plagues the banking sector

    just as they pay higher rates for longer term T-bills (at least in USA) and time deposit..They can offer lower rates for less risk...Automakers in USA sometimes will loan at 0% because they know profit is built in price of ex ...
