NPP TRANFORMED GHANA TO A MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMY WITH LIMITED RESOURCES BUT GOOD POLICIES. NDC IS WOEFULLY REVERSING THESE NPP ACHIEVEMENTS. GHANA'S CURRENT SITUATION IS VERY DISTURBING. WHEN THE HISTORY IS TOLD, IT WILL BE SAID THAT GHANAIANS WERE OFFERED FREE SECONDARY EDUCATION, IMPROVED UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, SOCIAL HOUSING FOR THE POOR AND AN EGALITARIAN SOCIETY BUT 50% SAID NO THANK YOU. There was near pandemonium and confusion at the Annual Global African Investment Forum held in Westminster, Central London after a heated exchange between Ghana’s President John Mahama and former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo degenerated into open insults.This was due to General Obasanjo openly accusing the Ghanaian president and his government of blackmailing and collecting bribes from Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, buying numerous properties in Nigeria and South Africa and financially contributing 12 million dollars to Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign last year. This infuriated President Mahama who lost his temper and pointing his finger, called General Obasanjo an ” idiot” and a “silly buffoon”.It took other ministers present as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to calm tempers and usher President Mahama to a nearby room. The forum, which takes place from 1st to 3rd December is attended by African Heads of States Ministers, Private equity firms and investors to discuss opportunities for investment and development in African Economies.

Okay, people wish there could be change in everything that pertains to their lives, but what change can Akuffo Addo bring on board when the world economies are all basically not in good shape and thus had affected our nation's economic policy projections as well. Is Akuffo Addo to confirm this only when is there?

It is all about capital, and this time I do not think HIPC plan can be used to draw monies into our economic system to better our national plan like in the time of Kufour that the NPP had the liverage economically and even cold not use it to the maximum and still left debt for Atta Mills/Mahama GOVT to bear.

I am also after change in many ways, for instance the energy problem, but is it a problem that was caused by the Mahama adminstration or not? With our genuine accessment of the problem of the electricity mess that Ghana has today, that could not be politicise by any clean, intelligent and wise politician in Ghana.

However, but with perfect and factual research we can blame BUSIA and the UNITED PARTY of the sixties which today is the NPP for underminig the Nkrumah Nuclear project for electricity when they gave wrong information to the American CIA and the WEST that Nkrumah Atomic/Nuclear project is for the manufacturing of bomb and not electricity.

This moved the Americans to call for economic sanctions against Nkrumah's CPP govt. that crippled the nation's economy which eventually led to his overthrow and also the failure of the Nuclear for light project at Kwabenya in the Greater Accra Region to materialise.

My question is if they the NPP have such wicked and hate policy in the political arena of Ghana then how could they bring change, because it is believed that people who spoil good things due to any form of hatred can never bring any good thing into existence, hence promises of change by Akuffo Addo and the NPP raise question of doubts if not deceit that the NPP can bring change.

What change? It should be well explained to us as it could later turn to be deceitful words of promises. It could be a policy of accusation later against the govt that handed over to them if the NPP couldc not fulfilled the promises of change given.

This character and behaviour had been the record of our national politics in Ghana; yes as it is always said, they left debt so we never created the present trend of the nation's economic situation. Due to the known political fallacies things ought to be well explained so that we can believe the words of the change that the NPP projects.
