The fundamental thing to do is to find a football-based solution to football problem; Poor pitches, biased officiating, Poor renumeration for footballers, coaches inability to develop skilled and technically gifted players, unprofessional managerial skills by football administrators etc. How many of our local matches are shown on National TV? How many of our young footballers and fans have seen documentary films about the exploits of the Osei Kofis, Sunday Ibrahims, Abdul Razak, Ahmed Polo, John Essien, Opoku Nti, kyenkyenhene, Anas Seidu, seth ampadu, Abu Imoro, Albert Asase, Robert Hammond, Kofi Badu, joe Carr, Robert Mensah, Bukari Damba, Mohamed Odoom, abedi Pele, Tony Yeboah, Prince Poley, Tony Bafoe, etc. And yet we show documentaries on Paul Gascoigne, Gary Linekar etc on our National TV. We cannot motivate our own with our own past heroes. Africans hate to watch the achievements of fellow africans. In those days i could make my first eleven choice for my darling club kotoko on fridays before a league game on sunday. Now i dont even know the names of the first five selections. We go to stadium to watch football not music. Now Colts teams dont even play curtain raisers at league centers. GFA lack ideas period!

I might even be stretching the issue with AFCON. It is unfortunate, but the reality is that at this time in Ghana, the local musicians in the hiplife genre are a bigger draw than the football. It has come down to the fact that this is what they have to do. When you see a local match you can tell that the crowd is not a high income crowd and there are almost no women. The artist will draw the 18-25 demographic and some women who will have money in their pockets from their parents who are not willing to attend. These are the unfortunate facts.

The only time a club must solicit the help of musicians should be during an fa cup final, last game of the season, swag cup final u know. Where will u find money every week to pay for musician to show up and play? Do u see musicians in the epl and other euro lgs?
  1.The lg needs to institute a salary cap for all premier clubs. This will prevent one club from buying up all the best players. Spread the wealth amongst other clubs
  2. Guarantee a minimum base salary for all premier lg players
  3. GFA must send emissaries to epl, brasil to study how their FAs engage in marketing and promo campaigns for their clubs. Come back and Educate the gh clubs on what they ought to do to increase their fan base, revenues etc....
  4. Nyantakyi is an idiot. He lacks common sense to run the gh lg like a profit making machine. Dr. Nduom will be a great fa head. We need business minds to run the lg, not this buffoon brained nyantakyi
