  Saudi Arabia benefit fully of whatever oil they have, all because technology can be bought and own 100% whatever resources that u have like Gadaffi was doing, and idiots like you didn't allow him finish the man who started a nuclear project for future energy something was not even commo to power our homes and industries something that wan't common in the west.   It is not clear what is been reported but if it is true then there are more challenges ahead. I like the the transparency and hope ths message will be clarified and disseminated by the press. All these new technologies must have training component. At least getting our engineers on board in a hands on approach should help create a lot more jobs
