    Why this loan and who pays for this. Ghanaian must remember that it will not be the NDC Govt but subsequents ones.

    A very illuminating piece. Thanks. I wasn't aware of this because of this useless, corrupt Mahama govt's lack of transparency. As for NPP MPs, the less said about them, the better.
