For the avoidance of doubt, and for Dr. Bawumiah should take note: OVER-VOTING IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE NUMBER OF VOTERS WHO HAD BEEN TICKED ON THE VOTERS REGISTER AND THE NUMBER OF VOTING PAPERS COUNTED FROM THE BALLOT BOXES! It is not the difference between the the number of ballot papers issued from the BALLOT BOOK and the number of ballot papers from the boxes.In practice, the two should be the same (ticked from the voters register and issued from the ballot book) but a fraudulent person can hide a ballot book to achieve intentions.

Anytime ndc is in power is then that Ghanaians see themselves divided in tribes and party colours. They've seen they are losing the elections so are now talking and calling themselves Ghanaians. Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur the Vice president of Ghana has told his party, it will be hard for them to win this coming elections why? He is from the central region and belongs to all the akan regions of Ghana and he knows what his people are saying, we are not fools? For some people to gang up against us to steal from the state in the name of politics and a certain party who are best at insulting our chiefs and leaders of this country who are role models and want to leave a legacy of good will.Our people are suffering and these wicked people in the ndc do not care, they only care of themselves. ENOUGH is ENOUGH.

That "No Verification No Vote", that NPP has been dwelling on is just pure nonsense and unfair to many a voter who would have no control over these artificial Biometric equipment but would have to be denied his right to vote at an election when they machines become faulty. Very wise of EC.. The Biometric machine should be only one of the several identification criteria of a registered voter, not the sole identifier! Good News! Many Ghanaians are not going to be disenfranchised in 2016!

A register can be bloated but a person can vote only once if polling agents are vigilant and do their jobs by not only detecting traces of indelible ink but also faces of people if they are well trained and also concentrate on their job on voting day. Many a time political parties do not invest in training and recruiting trustworthy polling agents. A polling agent should not leave post to go look for food. He/she should be served!
