Many people are dying because their money is been locked by robbery BOG. Ghana is under a serious curse. The president cannot order the BOG to release the money for DKM and other parties to pay off their creditors. All those who are dying for a reason that their monies are not paid to them are bringing curses into this country.

It's a mandatory for government to allocate funds as has been defined by the constitution henceforth whether the funds are mismanaged or not the money will still come. The 1992 constitution will be amended if I become the president of Ghana because it contains so many stupid clauses I.e SADA.

There isn't much money to distribute with the drop in crude price and the increased investment in infrastructure. Though SADA is important investment by Government through counterpart funding is the right way to go.
