Some of us have the expertise for in these sciences.We apparoached the government but received no greenlight.
As bio-environmental engineers we do this all the time.The science is immediately available.

Do you necessarily need the govt in this enterprise? Or has the govt banned people from doing that? I will be starting something similar soon but without politics.

You are correct to say this can be done privately. The issue he is trying to address is to do things at a larger scale, government support of somekind is needed. The problem in Ghana is that someone always wants a kickback ... read full comment

The problem in Ghana is that someone always wants a kickback to help push the product or service to the next level. As a result the renewable energy sector is moving slowly because it is an area where deep pockets are necessary in the beginning.

due to very poor road infrastructure,"go very slow",is a daily order and making complete waste of precious man hours,I believe there is the need for a serious reorientation of our social value system to encourage greater patronage of public transport and a lesser inclination towards the personal acquisition of cars.Think about that.
