If Rawlings and Kuffour and Mill had done their part the way this present government had tackle this problem things would,nt have been this dire.

He has to coordinate with the departments concerned. He came into solve the dumsor problems so if there is something that will cause dumsor to persist,he has to see to it being solved. All that the Ghanaian needs is a non-interrupted 24-hour power supply. So Dr.Donkor shouldn't try to defend himself by telling us the difference between load-shedding and power outages. They are all dumsor.
