Investigations should be conducted to establish how the explosives were stolen from the site and any person who had condoned with the act prosecuted. Again if it had not been for the vigilance of the SUHUM police, I can assure you that the smugglers would have paid all the police at the various police check posts on the way to Kumasi. I even believe they might had done that already before embarking on the trip. What a country full of CORRUPT people!
