I was in Ghana there years ago when I happened to be involved in a case of a mental patient being trialed in court for telling a policeman that he was going to buy "wee". Despite the patient's family kept informing the courts with ID and letters fron Ankaful ( Mental Hospital near Cape Coast) the courts kept asking him to appear before in court. What a Nonsense, I wonder whether the magistrate is still siting on the bench. Ghana is not advanced as you Ghanaians portray yourself.
