    You are right 1 polling station to :850 voters means we need less than 19000 (18985) polling stations. So obviously the math doesn't add up.

    It's too much. We are almost spending as much as Nigeria in recent elections. Parliament I'd useless to approve the budget and then ask for breakdown of the expenses
