  We cannot be serious as a nation when it takes the Ghana Police a whole year to investigate the serious and critically sensitive matter of fraud against a senior officer who could have been an IGP. And why all the media dance-around as to when the report on the matter would be ready. If it's going to be February why not keep quiet till the time. This is shameful.
