Why not raise the funds through the private sector ie advertising, rich donors, merchandising, marketing,sponsorship deals, TV Deals,etc

Nyantakyi wants to run football in the country like his personal property with no sense of accountability to anybody else. He and his cronies are eager to pay themselves big bonuses, whilst looking for funding from state coffers, when school kids are in need of study materials. The bloody dumb mentality, just give us the funds; don't worry how we spend it. We haven't forgotten their attitude at the recent commission of inquiry.

Why should the Minister bother talking about Nyantakyi's request. It is a nonstarter. Clubs are privately owned and should raise their own money for any game. Another guile attempt by GFA to syphon some money.
